Veganomicon: The Ultimate Vegan Cookbook
I only made one thing from this cookbook that I wasn't crazy about - the chickpea cutlets - and nearly everyone I've talked to about them LOVED the recipe, ultimage I can only think that I did something wrong? She regularly makes the tempeh 'bacon' from that book and I regularly eat it up straight out of the pan.
